On-line purchases within the US. Orders delivered inside the US can be made via VISA, MasterCard and American Express, if the cards are issued by banks within the US.
Credit cards issued by banks outside the US will not be accepted. In such a case, the use of a wire transfer, bank check, or Western Union may be available (see below).
Orders by Mail can be paid via Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards, or by Bank Check or Money Order. Business and Personal checks are accepted. Purchased items will be shipped upon checks clearing.

- for any other reason we will issue a RMA (see below.) All item(s) must be returned to us in like-new condition, including the original packaging and is totally free from any sign of use. New England Gemstones reserves the right to be the sole determinator of what is "like-new" condition.

Send your request immediately via EMAIL to us within 20 days of having received goods. Goods may be returned only with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which will be provided after your request is made via email.
Once an RMA number is issued, you may return the item to the following address. (Note: The issuance of an RMA number is not the determining factor of whether or not a credit or refund will be issued. Only if all terms have been met, will a credit, refund, or exchange be issued.)

Shipping of returned merchandise: When returning merchandise, to avoid damage in transit, it must be packed securely in the original box with all parts included. New England Gemstones will provide a refund for merchandise received in original, like new condition. Should returned goods be received by New England Gemstones in damaged condition, only the shipper (you) can enter a claim with the transportation company.
Method of contact: New England Gemstones customer service personnel do not have specific information that could assist with you such claims. All inquiries regarding returns or lost merchandise must be made via New England Gemstones or by the USPS mail. Typically, providing all pertinent information has been provided by the customer, a New England Gemstones staff member will contact you within one business day.
